Loved the flow! You're amazing and your classes always shift my vibes from "meh" to "oh yes, that's what I'm talking about" lol. As of request, I would love to see longer classes, maybe 45mins to an hour. Also wouldn't mind some quicker pace, firey flows thrown in there 🥰

I love your classes! I only have 20 minutes to practice at 5am before work on the weekdays. I hate feeling like I wasted any of those 20 minutes not pushing myself….you make every minute count. Thank you!!!

This flow is amazing! One of my favorites so far. I'd love if you can create a strong flow like this one but longer. I find myself wishing that your flows were 45 min flows. Thank your for all the energy you put in creating this flows, thanks to you i finally have a consistent yoga practice.

This was AMAZING! Really felt it working my butt, legs & abs, but it was relaxing and calm and the same time! I had a whole workout planned today, but my period cramps almost made me throw up towards the end of this workout. Moving and strengthening my body for 20mins felt soo good bc I got my workout in without over-exhausting myself!!

i liked the flow, its a good mix. However opening up in wild thing is quite hard. I am quite stiff in the upper body and cant bend so far. Do yo have a video on that or some tips? Keep up the good work, your videos are great!

This was fantastic! Some "strong" flows feel more like straight calisthenics than yoga with its breathing, but this one was just perfect. Thank you so much for sharing it. I loved the reminder to smile:)

hello lovely monique! im glad you enjoyed sweet! im taking notes of your requests :) I actually do not teach or practice headstand which is why i never include it, i believe this pose puts our cervical spine(neck) at risk. whilst some people may be able to practice this safely with perfect form + all of the load on the arms and not the neck, it's not something i want to encourage especially when i am not there to coach you through it. but! I highly recommend working on forearm stand! stay tuned and have a fabulous week😘😘
