I hope you enjoy my 20-minute calm, easy, slow yoga for an achy body. All levels are welcome even total yoga beginners!
This class is perfect for days when you're feeling fatigued, stressed, or when have sore muscles from a hard weeks work or a recent workout. Not only will we be using yoga stretches to ease physical tension, but we'll also practice one of my favourite pranayama techniques to help calm the nervous system and clear your mind ready for a day full of peace and presence.

I promised myself I would do yoga and meditate every day of this year. I feel so much better when I do, and whether it is 5 min or 50, it is always time well spent. However, tonight I was tired and grumpy and just not in the mood to do anything but plop on the couch. It was all I could do to get on the mat. But I kid you not, within 2 minutes into the video I felt better, and by the halfway mark I was no longer grumpy and my night had turned around. Lovely video! The room is cozy, the nature sounds are soothing, and as always the instruction is absolutely wonderful. Can always count on your videos to make my day better. Thank you. 🙏🙂
