40-minute Activating morning yoga flow to awaken and give the entire body an energy boost. All levels welcome and yoga blocks are optional.
Starting with some grounding breathwork and delicious yoga twists to aid in digestion and release tension in the spine. We will then move into active back muscle-strengthening yoga postures to awaken the core. From there moving into active and passive yoga stretches for a well-balanced creative vinyasa practice. We will then flow through a sequence of standing poses, including high lunge, warrior 2, and skandasana side lunge, to build strength, and mobility and improve balance. The class will conclude with a calming cool down, with some yummy shoulder stretches to release stress and tension, and finally, a mindful seated meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated for the rest of your day.
