Welcome to this quick 15-minute mindfulness meditation. Use it daily to help cope with stress and anxiety and to help that monkey mind slow down and stay present. This meditation is a wonderful tool to use as part of a journey towards higher consciousness and increased presence, to help you on the path towards mindful living. I recommend reading a spiritual/ mindfulness book before doing this daily meditation practice.
I recommend doing this meditation for at least 30-days to really feel its benefits, but continue doing it for as long as you like. Follow me on Instagram/ Facebook (links below) to share any quotes from books you're reading that resonated with you by using #YCmindfulmeditation and tag me using @YogaCandi, I'd love to read them and share them with to community too.
This Meditation consists of:
* 5-minutes of deep conscious breathing whilst I repeat ⬇️
- RELAX, STAY PRESENT (inhale)
- LET GO OF YOUR THOUGHTS (Exhale)
* Then 5-minutes of AUM (OM) chanting - you can either listen and allow the ethereal sounds to wash over you or chant alongside me feeling the deep healing vibrations within.
Wonder why we chant Om? Click here to better understand it ➡️ www.yogacandi.com/post/why-do...
* The meditation then ends with 5-minutes of beautiful music composed by Fred Westra.
