​ @@livingthedharmaok good I will do more recitation of Amituofo s name and more Chan meditation too , I want to improve further than my current level. Right now I do Amituofo chanting in the morning but now I'm going to do it at night too. Thank you again for helping me Laoshi Namo Amituofo 🙏
