Hey Neha I have been following you from 15 days.... the session is improving day by day..... the best part is that you take your audience along which pushes us to complete the asanas.. I would request you to please guide with the asanas that really help in weight loss as cardios give me a nightmare and are not enjoyable as yoga... Do reply..!
