*Aapka video dekhkar main teen mahine se 1ghanta 45 minutes Yoga aur pranayam kar raha hun har roj subah 4.30 se 6.15 tak. Main BP aur sugar ka patient hun, age 66 yrs. Pahle main regular 45 minutes morning walk aur Kuch freehand exercise karte the, Lekin BP, BS jwada kom nahi hue. Sab chodkar aapko guru mankar main Yoga kar raha hun aur it is surprising to me that my BP is now much lower (127/75) than previous(140-150/80),Sugar level is 95/110,80), pulse rate is now 54, pahle 66 the. Akhid mein wo viparitkarni aur sarbangasana kar raha hun and the result is fine. Bachpan mein yoga karte the isiliye Sarvangasana main sathik tarike se kar pata hun. Aur main vastrika aur Kapalbhati na karke Parashuram pranayam kar raha hun. Uske baad baki pranayam. Thank you Guruji for you videos. Love from Bengal.*

Guruji, I find it easy to to dieting etc..but do not feel motivated enough to do breathing exercises....I think it's called cognitive dissonance ..when you know something is good for you but you still don't do it. Request you to please give sone motivational tips to get rid of tamas/ lazy attitude...🙏🏻
