This was a welcome breather compared to your other fit in 20 series, or atleast that is what I thought until the marichyasana 😆. I just couldn’t wrap my head around …. well … wrapping my arm around my leg. I have to practice this more. Thanks a lot Coach Rashmi !

Hi sis good morning, I just did this practise in the morning ,just now I did it.its really good stretch to body but last posture of dhanurasan makes me feel little waist pain later child's pose it's gone .is this happen while doing the dhanurasan?
