As I am a medical student, I have zero time to attend organized yoga-classes, and I also have no money to pay for elaborate online yoga-classes - you are therefore a life-saver! I am a beginner, looking for a way to alleviate my lower back pain, become more flexible, lose some weight on the way and elevate my mind. You seem to be part of my solution, and I cannot stress enough how important is this thing you are doing - making all of this free, simple, accessible... Thank You! (I know these videos are from 2015 and it's now the end of Summer/2019, but I really hope that I will stick through all 30-day uploads you posted on your channel, and that I will eventually get to keep up with the most recent uploads.)

My Therapist actually recommended this channel for something to look forward to in the day and help my anxiety, stress, and depression. It's very rewarding and I absolutely love doing it. This is my second go-round with 30 Days. I completed it last week and am doing it over to assess progress. I have to say that the change is phenomenal! I can hold plank, walk my hands out to plank, and even do the knee circles! I wasn't able to do circles without falling in my first go-round. I can only pass Simba once without my body turning into a San Francisco earthquake, but I quaked it through! My pants even fit a little different in the hips/butt areas now! If you're just starting this, do NOT give up! The poses will eventually become doable and you will even want to do the frisky poses she mentions.

I almost skipped today's practice. I've been feeling really crappy and battling my mejor depression and anxiety disorder today as wella s the negativity surrounding me. I almost slacked and skipped, but decided at 11 PM to just do it and I'm so glad I did! Feeling much better, and radiating good vibes. I'm excited to tomorrow's video. Yoga with Adriene has been the better parts of my days.

It's 2023 and I'm just getting these video recs! I'm a new mom with no time or budget for the gym, I just discovered Adriene's videos a couple weeks ago and they are amazing. I had started this video earlier in the day and got 10 minutes through before baby needed me. After an hour of rocking, feeding, singing, she finally fell asleep. I desperately wanted to skip the last half and just go straight to netflix, but I made a promise to myself to finish this 30 day challenge. Got my butt back on the mat and finished the second half of the video, quaking abs and all. Feeling calmer, more centered, and proud of myself.

I still can't over how this fantastic instruction is free! I have tried yoga many times because I 'should' do it, it's so good for you, yadda yadda yadda, but I always got bored and gave up because it was always about getting the position right, it just felt sterile, like torturous stretching exercises...you are more about getting it right for ourselves, doing what we can and truly honoring our body and ourselves...I don't know if I will do yoga forever - though I will finish the 30 days - but for the first time I actually feel like I'm truly 'doing' yoga, that I understand what it's supposed to be. Thank you.

I decided to try this 30 day practice with my wife, both of us Yoga amateurs. So far, it's been a highlight of each day. Today, I burst out laughing, uncontrollably, about midway through the video. Nothing was particularly funny, but I could not stop laughing. By the end, when you suggested we give thanks for this moment, lying on the floor next to my wife, I couldn't help but cry. 2014 was one of the hardest years of my life so far. Thank you for already helping 2015 feel so much better and so much more. I look forward to day 4!

You are so right Adrienne!! It's so much harder to unlearn anything than it is learn something new! Often we have been programmed by our environment to think negatively about ourselves and others, but this is all an illusion that falls away with the discipline and introspection of Yog. We often think things like, I'm not good enough, or I'm bad, or I'm broken, or I'm diseased, actually none of this is You. It is not true. It is a construct of your mind. You can change it. My phone is super glitchy so it likes to shut down when I watch videos. It did this over and over as I tried to watch this video, so eventually I got frustrated and did yoga without it. I felt annoyed but the. I realized Adrienne would be proud of me for not relying on the video to take the time to stretch and helpless more sore muscles. Thanks for the videos girl, even when I'm having trouble watching them they inspire me to explore movement and relax my mind.

Day 3 to help me through quarantine. Trying to cope with anxiety and not being able to see my girlfriend, who just lost her granddad to COVID-19. Had to check that was 20-odd mins long - it shot by. What a beautiful sequence. My balance is still wonky but it is improving.The difference between the sides fascinates me. Already I've noticed an improvement in my strength. This morning I let go of my legs in boat pose which felt awesome. Namaste.

Thank you so much for these videos Adriene. I have been suffering from chronic pain, have had four surgeries in the past two years (back and feet) I have Fybromialgia, a ripped Meniscus and a torn rotator cuff, and Im overweight. I know I need to do something to get my body back to health. I struggle with daily pain, but am hoping that by doing Yoga, I will strengthen my muscles and repair whatever damage is or has been done to my body. Im on day 3, and I plan to keep going!! :)

Hi. Just want to thank you for making this 30 day yoga series. I've been wanting to try yoga for awhile. I was in an accident 22 years ago. I was hit by a drunk driver while on my motorcycle. I didn't walk for a year and I've been in pain ever since. My legs are weak and muscles, tendons and facia are so tight. I have had to rely on medication and spinal injections for relief. It's my goal to stick with you through this in hopes that I may get to a point where I may not need the injections as often and maybe not need them anymore. I like the way my legs feel all warm and good inside after the workout. Thank you Adriene!

These are paced amazingly! I was feeling very tender after day 2, and this was perfect. After months of trying weightlifting and hating it, I think yoga is the exercise for me.

Day 3, felt tired in the body today so I was worried this would be just as tough as day 2 but I felt like this flew by! I was surprised how far you can stretch your body to especially how Adriene can and I hope I can one day get to her stage :)

I cannot think of anyone I'd rather listen to when practicing yoga. Day 3 is complete and I am loving it! I was on my feet for hours today and really sore, so some of the balancing was hard for me. But I did as much as I could and did most of it! Loving this series so much!

Just finished Day 3!!!! before i went to bed. I swear when you get back into it you realize how much you been neglecting your body from such an amazing experience. i remember when i was young i mistook yoga for being a thing for ladies and didnt get into it until later on now i need to do this consistently so I can relax my muscles i work out for about an hour then do ab work out for 15 to 20 mins and then get my room set up, relax take a shower so when i do my yoga it is really my place of peace. Can't believe i neglected it when i was new to physical exercise especially since yoga could help get muscles in places that workout cant. beautiful combo.

I just started doing yoga a couple days ago and it's amazing how this makes your body feel so much different after! I deal with anxiety and depression on a daily basis and this is helping 100 times more than any medication. I'm going to continue this 30 day challenge and see how the end results have me feeling! (: Adriene you are amazing! Keep working your magic!

My daughter turned me on to yoga with Adrienne at the beginning of the pandemic. Her class is the one thing that I make sure I do as a gift to myself. I love Adrienne’s way of being in the world. She is by far my favourite yoga instructor. Thanks so much for sharing your time and talents.

Did most of the thirty days a few months ago, stopped for a couple of months, came back to restart. Both heels touched the ground for the first time EVER in down dog today!! I'm so proud!!

Did this day 3 this morning, and now my sense of hearing seems heightened. I was doing pushups during my workout afterward, and I could hear all the groanings and vibrations of my muscles. I kept thinking someone was opening the garage door or moving something large in the next room until I realized that the sounds correlated perfectly to what my muscles were doing. I've been on a journey of healing and self-development for a few months, with yoga a core player. I've been doing the yoga challenge since it started a few days ago. So I'm chalking this up to heightened awareness, mostly due to Yoga With Adriene. Thank you, Adriene! Best yoga instructor I've ever had.

Yoga With Adriene Balancing poses never lie O.O ...I wonder what it says about me because I "drop" A LOT when balancing on my right foot (when doing the tree for example) but the left foot does quite well, in all its shakiness... :s

Made me cry today. Actually being quiet helps you address yourself. I have four kids and I realized how little I take care of me, and that it's a good thing. That God made me and it is good. Thank you for making this challenge. I feel so blessed. And you are freaking awesome!

I know absolutely nothing about yoga and have never done it before. I found this video and decided to do the challenge and honestly I am loving it! It is a little brutal but I feel amazing. I am definitely continuing yoga after the 30 days.

Absolutely loving this. And loving Adriene. So relaxed and fun at the same time. Only problem I am having is where to put my laptop!As a beginner I keep needing to look up to see what Adriene is doing with her head - is it up or down?! And then I need to move my laptop onto the floor or onto the bed when we change poses...So what is everyone else doing?! Adriene..what should I do?! Thank you all and Namaste :)

I have had the same issue because I am also still learning the poses and learning what some of the instructions/ guidance mean. So I also find myself moving the laptop up and down. Not sure what a good solution might be, just wanted to let you know you're not alone! :)

I use my phone. I put it infront of the mat and when I'm laying on the floor in sometype of pose I either put it by my side or on my belly :)

I have the same problem. right now I put the laptop on a chair, and just change the monitor's angle as we change positions. It does work for some poses, but not for all. I was thinking maybe next time I'll start the video both on the laptop and on the phone, but mute one of them. this way I can put each in a different angle. we can try it both and see what'll happen ;)

I use a 2 ended HDMI cable and plug my laptop in to my TV. Then I leave the laptop on the floor. I have a much larger screen to look at but also have the lower sight line of the laptop. This works for me, hope it helps you.
