Do this 20 minute restorative yoga to help promote deep sleep and relaxation.
This relaxing and restorative yoga class is the perfect way to end the night and get a restful nights sleep waking up feeling recharged and ready to take on the day ahead.
During this 20 minute yoga routine we will work through various hip opening stretches to release tension from the lower back and body. We will also work on a supine twist that opens the chest allowing more oxygen to flow more fluidly.
This yoga routine is also great for anyone who suffers from anxiety, insomnia or who is going through very stressful or uncertain times, and can be done on the mat or right in bed.

I have biplolar, and I find that Yoga's bedtime/yin/restorative yoga practices are exactly what I need during the day when my nervous system gets hyperstimulated. After her practices, I feel centred in a way that bipolar often does not let me feel (even with my meds). Thank you, Bird. Your practices bring me deep peace, and bring me back to myself.

That 20 minutes were the shortest 20 minutes of my yoga career. I thought we were only 10 minutes in! Loved it and now I’m sleepy after doing this so… would recommend! ❤❤❤

This was very relaxing and down to earth. Just started doing yoga daily to relieve stress and anxiety. I will definitely tell my friends about doing yoga. How you do yoga for the mind and is very unique and I will keep following you. This is now a staple in my everyday life and I am soo glad i have stumbled across this channel. Thank you soo much❤

I have ocd and these videos help me ao much during my flare ups. It gets hard to not ruminate so when i start noticing that pattern the first thing I do is meditate and put on one of your videos to helo me gain some ment clarity. Easily my favorite one of your wind down/relaxation go to routine. Excellent for right before bed and meditation and lowering the heart rate. Perfect for centering self. Thanks!

This is my second week of yoga, doing it morning and night for relaxation and better sleep and I absolutely love your videos! Thank you so much!
