Even though I woke up to no power in my house today, I made sure to get today’s practice completed this late afternoon. That was beautiful. I had some tears shedding in reclined butterfly at the end. ❤

my hips were trembling at the end of this one, in a good way. I’m feeling more acceptance and appreciation for myself. I am letting go of feelings of being not enough.
