Her method of teaching is so easy to understand and she is very patient and thorough in explaining. She doesn’t rush through her teachings. I love watching her videos on asanas and pranayama. I find myself eagerly awaiting the next update. I hope she continues her videos on yogic practices….

This session of breathing kriya of kapalbhati followed by alternate breading (anulom vilom) is very very informative. Learnt how to start with,how to continue n how to finish the whole practice of breathing. Got the minute-minute important points you mentioned in between. This is a value addition learning for me today.Now I can enhance my daily practice of breathing kriya pranayama n meditation including all the points suggested by you .Thank you very much. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sister previously I used to practice yoga asans and it was continued for 15-16 years definitely I got there benefits and I became strong but slim and flexible body.But after that I can’t practice it regularly,now I am 70 and my joints got stiff and now it was not possible to practise again those postures.But so many thanks to you as you have explained other options to perform these practices,and definitely I will follow you.Again so many thanks.
