Yoga for Immunity | Part 1 | Yoga for Stress | Yogbela
This is a series with 3 tutorials. Here we'll practice those yoga sequences which will reduce the stress of our body and will eventually increase the immunity. Yoga has plethora of benefits and definitely immunity is one of those.
At Yogbela, you'll find a new tutorial every Wednesday. The tutorials will be be designed for beginners to advanced level yoga practitioners.
The purpose of coming online is, this way I can spread my knowledge across the globe and people around the world can be benefitted through it.

I have started practicing yoga about a couple of months back and a regular follower of your channel. Thank you. As feedback, some places if you can slow down a bit for guys like me who is following the video that will be great. Could you please tell how to improve flexibility when hands and legs have not enough flexibility. Many of poster is not able to do due to hands not reaching.
