The tutorial was great! Super clear and precise instructions and posture options for beginner/advanced. Really enjoyed. I never usually comment on videos but this one stood out. Thank you! Only one suggestion would be for example in the Kapalbhati video tutorial- to mention who cannot do the asana at the start instead of the end :)

I came here after finishing 21 days challenge... Really feeling great ..I always looking at the time when I doing workouts ..But yoga after practicing 21 days and 2nd day in fat loss series I never felt bored or forced ..My concentration completely on stretching and towards the correct posture...Without knowing I lost 3 kgs in these 23 days ..Which was not y primary concern at this time...Before it was the only concern 😊😊😊😊😊 I'm really happy that I found your channel which changed my body and mind ..I never thought I could do these asanas..I never knew my body can be this flexible.. Up course not as yours preeti..Bit I'm happy about my body ...Thank you thank you ..O'Neill keep these practices

Hello girl, You r such a motivation. I need your help.i used to workout everyday before my marriage. However, 2018 I got married.i have a son who is 20 months old. I recently discovered that I m suffering from periformis syndrome which is a kind of sciatica nerve.but now I have less pain. N I also see that I still have a little bit of a Diastasis recti. I want to know if I could now start working out. I meant the normal workout. I weighed 67 kilo. But now I m 78kg.i want to loose weight. I have no other lady in the house and I m giving all my time to my child. Also I avoid sugar n prefer jaggery. whatever time I get I try to workout, but can I do normal exercise now as I m still feeding my child atleast four times a day. Can u please help me n advice. I badly want to loose weight n get out of my mommy tummy. Please help me

i learnt wheel pose from ur tutorials , headstand , tripod headstand....Thanks a lot for such detailed tutorials🙏...now i m focusing on upvishta konasana....i m practicing it from last 1 week....but still i m not able to do proper forward fold...i m stuck till forearms...how much time will it take to reqch the ground.....i want to learn everything about yoga....i love being in love with yoga

Glad to know about your progress ✨ Upavistha konasana in an excellent and intense asana....To achieve it you really need to stay consistent in your yoga practice..work more on Anjaneya asana, lizard stretch, sleeping pigeon and prasarita padottan asana...Go easy and mindful... good luck✨👍

Hello ma'am, you are explaining every pose very well but its literally so difficult for me because its first time i am doing yoga and also i am 85 kg, i completed part 1 yesterday and my body was vibrating like a phone, but also i am not able to do these poses perfectly but i am trying to do it perfectly

Stay consistent Ishika... Practice this weight loss series consistently... You'll see change in few weeks itself... And for Dhanurasana it's fine even if you are able to do half .. you'll get it with practice

Mam i want to do this series but i have had disc bulge issues 3 years back. M ok now but i still get little pain wen i try new practi e or workout. Would u recommend this for me. I need to shed about 4 kgs. Can i do foward bends?
