Some of my experiences from day 3 practice: 1 Tried a lot but unable to do one breathe one movement 😔 2 sweated a lot. 3 7 round done. 4 Some flexibility issue was their as I am new to yoga. That's all for today waiting for tomorrow's yoga practice 🤩🤩🤩

Day 3 done - if I had done this without Begginers yoga and 10 level... I would not have completed. Those 2 sets of yoga gave me a bit of flexibility and to push my body.

Yesterday was my third day... somehow i managed to do 8 rounds only and bit of shavasana and i rushed to something...so at the back of my head i was still not done with the third day...so i completed it today. Did your third day video all over again...now m satisfied 😇. Amazing session.. simply awakening. Am Happy i started this with the teacher like you.

For me as a beginner who is overweight I found this to be very difficult and in that quite frustrating, I will do day 4 and hope that after some more practice I can do this sequence!!
