Cream Cheese at room temp 300g
Large eggs at room temp 2pcs
Egg yolk at room temp 1 pc
Greek yogurt at room temp
Corn flour 10g
Caster sugar 60g
Vanilla essence 1tsp
☘️Preheat oven to 210C/420F; Bake at 210C/420F for 35 mins
Please adjust the oven temperature and baking time based on your own oven.

➡️酸奶巴斯克乳酪蛋糕 (6寸)
室温奶油奶酪 300克
室温大号鸡蛋 2个(约60-65克连壳)
室温蛋黄 1个
室温希腊酸奶 100克
玉米淀粉 10克
细砂糖60克
香草精华 1茶匙
☘️预热烤箱210C/420F, 210C/420F烘烤35分钟
请根据自家烤箱情况,调整烤箱温度和时间

萨姐你好,想问你我做了你上回教的芋泥肉松蛋糕,为什么我把奶油打5分发,在加入芋泥后再低速打,可是奶油却变得很稀,根本打不到有一点浓稠的效果,不知道问题出在哪里?谢谢你

Yes, you can reduce the sugar, it will turn out a bit lighter color if not much sugar is added.
