- 3 cucchiai di zucchero (50g di zucchero)
- 400g yogurt alla vaniglia
- 3 cucchiai di farina 00 (3 cucchiai)

- pinch of salt
- 4g Baking yeast
* for the cream:
- 2 egg whites

- 3 tablespoons of flour (50g)

Thats very similar as one favorite recipe of my mom's, she learnt it from her neighbor 40 years ago. She also likes adding apple cream instead of yogurt cream. Loves from Turkey 💞
