these days 활용하는 거 좋아요. bother 활용한 방법은 괜찮아요. 근데 역시나 want to 를 활요해서 "I don't even want to bother looking through the menu, these days." hassle 로도 의미는 통하지만 좀 너무 wordy한 느낌이 있어서 이번 맥락에서는 그렇게 말하지 않을 것 같아요.

hassle 로도 비슷한 의미를 전달할 수 있는데 hassle 는 '귀찮다'보다는 '번거롭다'라고 표현하는 것에 더 가까운 느낌이에요. 물론, 이것도 맥락과 사용에 따라 달라질 수 있고요.
