@@cols-muscle-power you should get the guys from gods of grip to run a grip comp at your gym Col that would be a great comp between your crew and I’d defo make the trip over the moors to join in 💪

@GreyWolfFitness we had a couple of grip contests back at Ralls gym a few years ago, run by David Horne. They were a lot of fun. I'm not sure if we'd be able to do one at Leodis gym though 💪🏻

Interesting. What were the weights on the overhead medley and squat ?

The squat was 200kg. I forget the weights for the overhead 💪🏻

Ooh might have to look at that level later in the year and see if I can persuade my mate to have a go .. He's an ex 205kg bencher and overhead press and just updated me on his squat session tonight 18 easy reps with 200kg (best is something like 35 reps !!) He's a phenom only 5ft 7 but was a natty 20stone
