Great video, as always. Looked like much younger trees in that area, fires perhaps? Trails looked more muddy than sandy too. Always fun to get a little mud between the toes ! Will the bridge be rebuilt to allow access to the longer trail ? Was surprised no snacks or lunch on this adventure, next time you'll probably do a 3 course meal. Hope you and your wife are well and are ready for a springtime full of wildflowers. All my best. Thanks for the upload. Always a highlight.

Thank you my friend. That bridge washes out every few years and it takes a year or two for it to get rebuilt. I would have crossed it for sure but I was with my wife’s stepdad and didn’t want him to risk it. He was down though. Lunch will be on the next video for sure. What day is your surgery on?

@@theyosemiteguyd Monday the 26th. Got cleared by GP last week. Check in with Hosp today (weds). Those last 2 BF hikes in January were fun but painful , great motivation to get this fixed. Hope your wife is recovering and likes your beard. Be well and take care.

What was the name of that last creek/waterfall? I just went to Willow Creek and the cascades/ waterfalls on it just below Angle/Angel Falls by Bass Lake on Sunday the 18th. Love your videos!

Thanks for watching. I love Willow Creek as well. That last waterfall is a seasonal creek that flows into the Coarsegold Creek by the casino. I didn’t include it’s location cause it’s on private property. Don’t want anyone getting shot 😂😂

No it’s in Coarsegold. It’s a seasonal creek that flows into the Coarsegold Creek but it swells up a bit during heavy rains.
