What a breath of fresh air!! I'm old enough to remember when shopping was a civil pursuit, not a shxtshow. When they introduced "the customer is always right". Fraud, theft, bad manners, and other poor behavior shot through the roof. Most folks now who are in sales or Cussommer (not a misspelling) Service are just worn out and tired of the entitlement. I’ve had so many people try to lie to me about not having access to their PDF patterns. Most of the time I find that they did access them the total number of times allowed, all from different IPs.

I think 2 to 3 days is very fast. I would say I may not ship for 5 to 7 business days. That does not include weekends. 🙂

It depends on my product. Some are really fast, like beanies that I embroider. Some aren't... like coasters take a couple of days depending on the weather. I engrave, cut, sand, stain, and lacquer. All of that takes time to cure.

The actual quote is too often misrepresented by ommision of the crucial part. "The customer is always right in matters of taste." That just means whatever hideous or ugly crap they think is their style, it is! Doesn't mean you have to make it if it's not your thing and hasn't any relevance to entitled karen syndrome whatsoever 😏
