You seriously made a world of difference mentioning this. I used to do omad, and my weight did not budge. I thought to myself when I fast for Ramadan my weight also does not budge. I have desk job and know I am not as active as someone that does do omad. Therefore, I know I needed longer fasting hours. I agree with this concept 100%

Hi Lexi, it is truly so individual and your own journey alone. Keep trying, keep figuring things out, over time, u’ll gain insights from what worked and what didn’t. I am working on bettering my health and feeling healthy and letting things get better for me and working on my emotionally eating and eating less food and drinking more water On my fast and drinking less diet soda and feeling my best and knowing that this weight can come off and taking the time to get this weight off and trusting that this weight comes off. And thanks for this video. I’m working on stopping binge eating and realizing this starts and stops with me and choosing to make better choices and stopping the binge and knowing it starts with me and I’m gonna choose to stop binging and get back in driving seat and do things to get back on track and living my life. Thanks for this video. And get back on track losing weight cause that’s what I want is to lose weight and show people that they can lose weight and vlog this and not give up.

@@MomFasting wow I gained like 20 pounds 😄😄😄 a lot of it is water weight I was at just 10 pounds gained for a while it finally added up. It took months. It wasn't too bad until I started drinking alcohol and I quit walking all together. I get depressed. I lose the motivation. If I just get back at it now I know it would be ok. I hope I will. I don't want to give into it comepletely. I can see my face got sooo poofy. I really don't feel good. It was nice to refeed. But sigh this isn't a way to live.

@@bb-od9ku just take it as a learning experience. Writer down how you feel and how you want to feel. Then when it gets hard, remember this time and ask-do I want to go back to that? You can do this. 🤗
