I give witness to the truth in what you say. Satanic influences will at times remind me of something i did long ago, and before I realized it, I have thought of another, and another.. I end up "feeling" so worthless, unclean, and so sad I sometimes cry. It happened last evening, I reached out to my father in heaven, Almighty God. His Holy Spirit reminded me that I am forgiven and washed clean. I asked that He help me to ignore those thoughts. God is a loving father, His Holy Spirit led me right here a moment ago..I'm sure of it. Thank you for sharing your wisdom 🌷

I agree with what you are saying. But for me, I started taking supplements and its actually reduced the frequency and the intensity of certain thoughts that I am not supposed to have. Its not always about choosing. IE breaking addictions aren't always simple or easy. And the supplements help break patterns of thinking: Source: Myself taking supplements.

I agree that there can be biological components; I have a genetic mutation and it can cause biological anxiety, and I have to fight to not let my brain follow along. What supplements are you taking?
