I know this is and older video, but really just want to say thank you .Ever since watching your video's I just really fell in love with training. Your words of wisdom really ring true to me , every rep is a chance to get better . Your content is very special in a sense that its not just some exercises, but a philosophy . Its not bound by equipment or certain machines , all those things are great and all but if you're in a bad situation like in lock down or just can't get access to a gym. Then you should be able to adapt to any situation , resistant bands or body weight exercise can all be effective if you just made some tweaks but use the same principles of leverages to feel and contract the muscle better. Been using a thick resistant band to try to learn the new trap video you posted, today figured out that with a band you don't need to do a slight dip and drive from the knee because of the loss of tension that will take away the pull feeling in the back, the exercise feel great now lol another addition to the repertoire. Using your philosophy on a whole bunch of body weight exercises not in your video's I have truly learned alot in a short time and combining things learned from knees over toes guy , Jordan Shallow and alot of other styles ,I feel I have made alot of improvements and fixed alot of issues over the past year. Sorry for the long rant lol but just want to say thank you and let you know how much you helped me on this journey. The content you put out is life changing stuff.

Just wanted to say I absolutely love your training methodology. The advice and tips you give in your videos are worth their weight in gold. I’m 52 years old and starting bodybuilding about a year ago, and since I’ve started implementing your training methodology. I have noticed a big difference in my pumps and growth in my muscles. I have still so much to learn about training properly. So keep bringing your amazing training videos.

Mike’s channel has become my “go-to” for lifting. I’m not a bodybuilder, or power lifter. I just enjoy lifting and have been lifting for the past 18 years. I’ve picked up more gems from Mike in a month then I’ve gotten in the last 10 years. Felt like I owed him for the great advice so bought some shirts. I encourage everyone to show some support if they’re thriving from someone and their time. Keep up the awesome work and content Mike!

measure your wrist size, if under 7 inches you will most likely not have big arms ever

Yo dog if you want big arms just train them 2-3 times a week hit both bicep heads all 3 tricep heads and all 3 shoulder parts and you good. Be consistent and keep working them 2-3 times a week they have to grow

You have helped me along my training journey more than anyone else. I must also thank john meadows rip. Anyway, I've been training for 20 plus years and i was struggling to continue finding ways to train after little nagging injuries and then i came across your channel. Your focus on moving on muscle and rocking thru movements has helped me to not only train thru injuries. I have actually improved by added muscle. Thank you.

I have lost 160 pounds so far and I am maintaining my lean muscle mass along the way due to consistency and the knowledge I have gained for you. Good content Mike and i am with u there with the training legs 2ice a wk! Its a bigger body part and honestly i dont think ur gonna come out in the negatives, rather than a positive outcome! Everyone is different, what they eat, drugs/supps, biggetst GENETICS!! SO if u kno ur body an connect better on differnt muscles , i would train more on the weaker parts!!! At 5.13 sums my training up. I was trying to reinvent the wheel and ended up seeing no results. Doing the basics well is going to get the best results.

Great Video Mike. I love all your content. Lifted weights all my life. Joined military at 18. Did concrete work for 10 after that. Now at 36, I have considered doing some natural shows. Currently, I run 3 full body workouts. How would you train a construction worker who works a 7-4 schedule in the gym? Plus, could you talk about natty guys and give tips for the guy who works hard in the workforce but still wants to show his best on the show stage. Thanks Mike.

Hell yea Mike! Can you go into some detail about better movements to stimulate triceps? I've done enough cable works and kickbacks for an army, but cant seem to build a connection. Any advice I'd be super grateful for! Thx in advance!

I got a question , when is the tempo playlist of all muscle groups coming out? I mean its amazing what info you are sharing , the movements the no right no wrong way cuz like even the wrong way , you are training something just not targeting the right muscle you intend too so like yea knowledge is everything but this knowledge is something =)
