does anyone feel that feeling of 'safety' 'home' and 'at peace' when watching colettes videos?! I honestly have missed her so much and forgot how safe her videos make me feel. it feels like were all getting to come home, again. im so glad she took the time she needed and came back with the videos we all desperately need and also came back doing what she loves! i love it all so much!

When I was in school I used to always say “oh no I’m not” or “this isn’t that good” etc when people would compliment me. Finally one day I decided to just say “thank you” instead of putting myself down. After a while, it didn’t feel so forced and I started to believe when people said it. Just a good tip to try for anyone wanting an “easy” starting point

SO needed to hear this right now. I’ve been extremely hard on myself lately, specifically, being a young professional starting my career during this crazy time & not having a solid foundation. This video really spoke to me. As a person who often criticizes herself and negatively self-reflect, I have had to learn how to challenge these negative self-beliefs and realise that they are untrue and stem mostly from my doubts and fears of failure. Don't let negative self-beliefs stand in your way of accomplishing your goals and being happy!

Amen! After I had my first child, I feel like a lot of things changed. I wasn’t so worried about myself and bashing myself because no matter what.. this little human thinks I’m superwoman and she needs me! So then I think I started to see my worth little by little. And yes! You get to a point where you don’t want to bash yourself anymore because no matter what... our kids always want to do and say what we do. And it would break my heart to see my daughter not love herself. 💔🥺 Thanks for sharing! You are always someone I strive to be like as a mother, wife.. just all around person. ❤️❤️❤️

Such a great word! I’m glad you are back to posting! I think we all, myself included, use humor to make ourselves feel less vulnerable. Let’s be real, you’ve been through some shit the last few years, and you survived! That’s quite an accomplishment and I know you’ve learned so much! I think that enables you to help a lot of people going through similar situations and feelings. I hope one day you’ll feel vulnerable and confident enough to express what you learned, without the comedy schtick, because I really believe you will help many people if you do.
