I am retired and you would think I wouldn't have to worry about getting my day together and being more productive but I do have a problem of doing that. Thanks for the vlog. My only issue was that you talked so fast!

Dear Alexis, I absolutely adore your system and planner. However, I work with a digital calendar and would like to continue doing so. Will your intentional planner for tablets be available for 2025 as well? If yes, perhaps there could be a version focusing on yearly, monthly, and weekly planning/goals/reflection questions, allowing daily planning to be managed in a digital calendar? Thank you so much, and lots of love to you!

Hi Alexis, you have a great channel with superb content. Your introduction to this video says you have a full time income via KZbin. I guess I'm probably not the only one who's wondering how you pull that of with 60k subs and no sponsors (at least I have never heard you mention any). Please don't get me wrong, I'm very happy for you and you deserve such success with your fantastic content - then again, 60k is neat, but not that much when it comes to living in one of the most expensive places in the US. How does that work? Thanks and keep up the good work 👍👍👍

She sells her planner! If just 10% (6,000) of her subs purchased, that's $200,000+ alone. Her videos get thousands of views and not everyone subscribes, so the number is probably way higher! It's so awesome seeing her deliver value, and being compensated for it.

@@baywavat 7 days in this video shows 8,196 views. Ten percent might buy the planner so $27,331 for the year. None of those that buy this round would be buying next time so 7,376 would be left to consider the purchase, so 738 people so possibly $24,598. It will continue to drop. If she only produces a video every 6 months as she mentioned not having posted in 6 months, then it will drop even faster reducing her income even more asthma algorithm stops suggesting her videos. And add in the later year, the fewer people are looking for a planner for the year. In my area in the US, you would be upper middle class to upper class with the $51,929 above, but we are a more rural state so being the 3rd - 4th largest city in the state still has a person able to support a three person family for about $27,000 annually if properly budgeted. I am equally curious how the income is high enough for a full time income in an expensive area.

How would you set goals for something like KZbin that you can't really control the outcome of? Continually posting videos seems more like a habit than a goal. Once I start getting more calls booked I guess I could use that to set goals, idk haha

Just say your goal is monetisation. Your strategy may be gaining subscriber volume (as opposed to watch time, as each requires different tactics). Your sub goals might be to get X number of subscribers, post X number of videos or create a website. Your tactics might be to advertise, post videos regularly, offer subscriber bonuses, make engaging community posts, create a series, follow trends and offer unique value to a pre-existing target audience. Your systems would need to include time spent researching your audience and competitors, learning to make and manage ads, creating new content, editing, building a newsletter, designing a website etc. You can't control the outcome, but you can control the conditions that best allow for that outcome to eventuate. Will you be successful if you do these things? Maybe. Will you be successful if you don't do them? Probably not. So, do the things that give you the best possible chance for success. Start with your goals and subgoals, and work your way down through strategy, tactics and systems, and re-evaluate at regular intervals. Thank you for coming to my Business 101 TED talk 😂

Make sure that the outcomes you set are dependent on what you can control and measure (your output, products, services, content, etc) rather than on others actions (how many subscribe to your channel, how many buy the associated products, etc).

I'm curious I hope ypu don't take offense, why did you and your husband marry so young? It's really made me question my own ideas about marriage being something "mature" people do and if I made a mistake buying a house on my own and being single at age 32, I left a gut I probably should have married at 25 who we had plans to get married. Is married ife really better than single life...I always thought people who marry young can't make it work but you seem to have changed my worldview

I don't think you made a mistake. Some things just come to and work out early for some people... You still have time for it to happen if you truly want it to!
