Another good way to fight him is to use the King Cerberus Nunchaku with the "Revolver" skill which will allow you to do a really fast spin attack that will guarantee that you parry Proto Angelo's sword attacks, and it also will stun him so you can just continuously spam that attack until he's dead and it does way more damage than the shotgun

While true, this is tediously useless that you don't need it, like your statement of breaking him is just flat out wrong lmfao. You can just break him effortlessly with cheese parries since he's more vulnerable that way. For parrying: helm breaker for both Dante and Vergil, as well as Nero's version whatever it's called. You can even use King Cerberus' Royal Roulette. For purely damaging him: Balrog Dante Volcano, Twin Rocket Launcher Dante Laser Beam, Beowulf Vergil Beast Uppercut, Devil Buster Nero Overcharge.

V has something similar to this too in mission 7. Basically using griffins pellet shot while shadow is fueled on devil trigger from behind, he basically becomes stuck between choosing between griffin or shadow and it takes griffin as priority if you charge him in dt just once, now shadow is free to just unload as much damage as he wants

Just fight each enemy in void mode for a few minutes, youll get the attack patterns and learn to parry specifically this enemy easily.

@@VenomV90 i have and did. im not saying its easy to get an S rank. im saying it not difficult to beat DMD, as long as you arent concerned about being stylish. i have an S on every level on every difficulty. and bloody palace except with dante because im 35 and dont wanna destroy my wrist maining dante. thought playing DMC 3 on the switch where you can change between style modes is a lot of fun.

Why not just clash with him and then damage him when his guard is broken from it? And if you're concerned about getting hit, then just activate DT while using DSD in Royal Guard Style for the auto block to reduce the damage and regen some health? Plus, if you block with the swords out you gain extra RG Meter

I dont have the brain of a squirrel, so I'll only ever be an A tier player, as I am incapable of doing trigonometric equations in 0.0001 seconds like they can. To see every entity on the map, know when each are about to attack, use royal guard consistently, take no damage, and freestyle combos into more combos that actually arent in the moves menu. Meanwhile I just memorize all purchased skills and go down the list. Its not great.
