Excellent video. I am 56 soon to be 57 and you have motivated me to go for 30 pull ups, which at your age really is an unbelievable achievement. I used to do loads of weight training but due to working away and a back injury I had to knock that on the head and took up callisthenics, I too believe you can throw in an extra workout day if you are just using body weight, you recover quicker when the reps get higher.

You look like a person dedicated to pull ups for a long time. I can make out by seeing your equipment and your moves.And you have been rewarded well. ❤

Again great video. During home office I do something similar. Do about 130 pull- ups during the morning or afternoon. Love also „grease the groove“ 😊

Good advice about listening to your body w/r to recovery time needed and being consistent. It is a continuous balancing act - especially as we get older.

Achieved 25 chinups in single set wanted to reach 30 in next two months. I am going to live in Kualalumpur Malaysia for one year due to my new Job. Away from home cooked food from my wife I have to really focus on this goal to reach it.

Hey buddy! Congratulations. Great achievement. Find a local outside gym, and make sure you eat well, and train hard. Will give you a focus wheel you are away from home!

You did a nice video, Antoni! Yesterday I did 30 partial chin ups in six hours and I have been training for more than two months as a beginner. You don’t need to lose weight Antoni since you are so strong.

On my body transformation, I came to realize that when I thought I was finished, knackered and out of steam, I was actually only halfway. I always managed to do the same amount again. Once I learnt this, there was no giving in. I knew I was only cheating myself and would not stop until I matched the time or reps it took me to get to exhaustion. This is great inspiration!

Great vid, how often do you train pull-ups in a week
@funwithcalisthenics
@funwithcalisthenics 8 күн бұрын
It’s all in the video. But if I’m doing weighted pull-ups, just twice a week. If I’m not adding weight, then 4 or 5 times a week.

First I do this exercise with rubber, it helps me do it fifty times and so on several times. And then with additional weight. Instead of a window, I paint the door.
