Omg Bro! I have seen so many videos on cutting and fat burning like AthleanX, Buff Guys, Tarun Gill, etc. But seriously you are the best so faaar!!. You found me my solution for stalling and stubborn fat. I am suck in a big rut of not burning my belly anymore. I have mde changes to my exercises and started doing more calisthenics. But your last segment made soo much sense. I was doing HIIT cardio for 5 mins only due to my asthma. Now I will change it a little and increase my time slowly on the treadmill and elliptical. Thank you so much for your indigenous ideas. Sachi bro dimaag mei baat abh sehi mei ghussi hai lol

If your weight lose stuck? You need to increase calories or should I say cheat meal (not cheat day) to reset your metabolism. Increase 200 - 300 calories within target calories intake and go harder!!!

I have found you need both high reps and low reps to build muscles. It's too good to have multiple options in your arsenal to shock the muscles. If you are just doing low reps with heavy weights your body will get used to with it and you will hit the wall. High reps low weight can cause metabolic overstress to muscles which cause them to grow in size. Also one of the USP of high reps low weight is it can allow you to train beyond failure. Each and every rep after failure is as effective as ten regular reps. It's magical.

agar hum stall ho jaye kisi routine se toh its better ki 1st week me 2 bar cardios and 2nd week me 3 bar aur baki ke din weights and same ulternate kare

Gaurav taneja sir if i eat 500 gm boiled chicken daily in 1.8am morning 100gm 2.11 am 100gm 3.1 lunch rice with lentils and 60 gm mutton 4. 6 pm After workout protien shake and 7.30 pm 100 gm chicken 5. 9 pm 4 roti with mix vegetables 6. At bed time 100 gm chicken toh ye diet shi rhegi kya bhai weight mera 67 kg h

I do not understand why there is so much of hatred for Tarun Gill in the comments. If you do not like someone, does it mean u should start using foul words for him...Let's face it guys, Tarun Gill took the fitness industry of India to next...He initiated awareness via social media and it started trending rapidly...Its my unbiased opinion. I am from Nepal and I watch videos from both Gaurab and Tarun. Besides, I totally agree that Gaurav bhai puts better content than Tarun Gill. But, Tarun also deserves some credit for the good things he is doing for fitness industry.
