@RonGee2 жыл бұрын
@@ghostwalk2446 Actually the opposite is true, it's very hard to get paroled, because what will happen is that the District Attorney's office will send someone to the parole hearing and they essentially "retry" the prisoner by going over the original case again. So even though he has already served his time for the crime, it will be as if he's being tried again for the original crime instead of focusing on how he may or not have been rehabilitated during his time in prison and whether or not he is likely to commit another crime upon release. Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon is trying to reverse that trend by not sending a representative from his office to parole hearings.

These kids will have all kinds of mental stuff bothering them for the rest of their lives. He took their mother from them no one does that but a monster. All i can say is i hope they can find some semblance of peace & therapy. Therapy may seem trivial in this situation but as someone who was in a super similar situation it was definitely a saving grace. I had people tell me to forgive him & instead I got therapy wrote a letter to get all of my feelings out & am planning to burn it. My dad got 20yrs for what he did only served 17 he was released. Now I live with paranoia since he always said he'd finish what he started.

I am now a 72 year old man. My biggest regret is that when I was a child I was never able to do anything to my vicious, bullying, domestic tyrant of a father. The memories of his constant violence toward my mother, toward me and my two little brothers are with me still. He died in 2019 and since then I have never shed 1 tear for him. My heart goes out to that family for what they suffered because I experienced what they went through. When my brother phoned me to tell me my father had died I remember saying I hope he rots and burns in hell for what he did to his family.

My dad grew up with an abusive father at a small ranch in southern Mexico back in the 60’s. He would tell me the times my grandpa would choke him to the point where saliva would come out of my dad’s mouth, or when my dad was disobedient he would get the beatings of his life. Yet my dad still forgave him, my grandpa died last year. He called every one my aunts and uncles (including my dad too) and asked for forgiveness. I don’t understand why some people just can’t walk away with both people's dignity in tact. If my wife wanted a divorce it would crush me, but I love her enough to let her go and I certainly love her more than my ego. Loosing control of person has nothing to do with love, nor has jealousy. When you love someone you want them to be as happy as possible. Killing a parent of your own children is about as despicable as it gets, why destroy their lives? This was a lady whose children loved her very much, what an horrendous waste.

Women who leave abusive men are at the highest risk when they tell them they're leaving beforehand - as they're trying to leave, the same day or the time period immediately after they leave, and then later just before, on the day/immediately after the divorce becomes final. A tragedy that repeats itself over and over again and I certainly don't know what the answer is. I do know that authorities often don't take the threat seriously enough or the laws don't allow them to intervene when they could! 😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨😢😢😢 Tired selfish angry abusive men hurting everyone around them. Yes, I know women can do it too and they are just as disgusting, but look at the stats! These are overwhelmingly crimes committed by men. I wish more women knew the signs and stop seeing bad men well before they are trapped! Before they moved in, before they had children. There's no reason to suffer in a relationship.

I've learnt very late in life, if they WANT to be left alone they have to be left alone. have u hugged a porcupine before? there is no judgement anyone is born a porcupine but learn fast - when they want to be left alone, your choices are either a) do that or b ) be abused and then told it is "your fault" sure, I hope they heal. but healing also has the "right or wrong" way and wrong just means birthing more wrong. so just leave porcupines alone.

He's more than likely NOT going to be paroled in 15 years and will more than likely serve 85% of his sentence if he's in a state prison or all 35 years if he's in federal. Treatment is MUCH better in the feds than in state so for his own sake I'm sure he's hoping he's in federal prison for 35.

@@griffydz1789 If you create children you SHOULD be paying for them. If either adult wants to leave a marriage they should be allowed to without the say of the other person. @@TomikaKelly I absolutely agree with what your trying to say. @@aizawaisreal Lets agree on something, nothing excuse his act. And the punishement is not for me do or say but I dont believe child support should be tohe question of his punishemtn but rather a question for the society. I would like you watch the videos of a famous youtuber channel that deals with police interrogation. He made a video about a woman who was able to escape a very violent guy, he took refuge in an abandoned girl, she was able to call help when he was asleep. If you follow the video to the end, you will see what is the story of the guy. He was actually a good guy until he got a divorce and was forced to pay child support that he could not... pay actullay. he went prison for it. Then.. he was released or escaped i dont rmember and started living under the radar, hiding .. and .. guess what? killing.. the story was so horrible. The thing here is if the man CANT pay child support, why would he have to go to prison? Why in the world? So he loses his wife.. his child.. and his freedom? This is why I said, no wonder people turn criminals.
