Yes its Tms, for 26 years...there was only 8 years cancer..the evil kind. Butt you are helping me. I thought my hart was in bad shape. Well its 100% healthy. This is helping me. Its indeed albout fear. There are days when i am even most of the day painfree. My brain is confused sometimes now, looking for pain😂. My docters are now helping me, to lower my pain and danger, panic levil. Not with medication, butt with therapie and reasurring.. i have reminders in my home, my hart is 100% good, the cancer is finished. I am safe.. relax. And slowly its working. I have become more patient with my self. I cry, i seek help. I write. I laughing again..and i am sleeping better, i am able to walk again, 3,* a day 30 minutes outside. My wheelchair is gone. And slowly picking up my daily tasks. Its not a easy journey . Butt i am slowly getting more confidance in my body again. God bless you Dan. You are life saver. You really are

This gives me hope and then the thing about hope is it terrifies me. Which I think keeps symptoms alive. Kind of a conundrum.

Hey Dan! Welcome to my beautiful state1. You are in what we call the North East Kingdom, or just The Kingdom. Most rural part of the state, as you are finding out. Sounds like you are going to end up in my hometown! Have a great trip!

I score positive on all the TMS tests out there. I’ve had chronic aches and pains for over 10 years including shoulder pain, hip pain and back pain. However I honestly don’t think it’s TMS because I think my back pain is all down to bad posture. The reason for this is when I do exercises/stretches to straighten up my “forward neck posture” I can tell it affects the painful muscles and points in my body. Which seems obvious that it’s my bad posture causing the pain…

Tension causes the start of the cramps etc. Take the TMS route, there's an exit

@@1STBUCKLEY thanks for commenting, I’m 90% sure my back pain is because of bad posture though..

If it was posture, than everyone with bad posture would have pain. There's plenty of people with awful posture that are pain free. Until you believe that, what Dan is saying can't help you. Take it from me, I had bad posture, "fixed it" and still had pain.
@cassettepat
@cassettepat Жыл бұрын
@@thedude8526 thanks, I hear what you’re saying but I’m not convinced it’s as black and white as that. We’re not all built the same so it’s hard to categorically say everybody with bad posture would have pain. I’ve got lingering injuries from years ago including 10 years of shin splints and 1 year with a minor hamstring strain, not to mention others.. so I do believe I have some TMS. Very hard to believe it though, especially when I can directly feel the painful muscles being targeted when I do some posture stretches/exercises And if I emphasise the bad posture it makes it worse

@@cassettepat all pain starts in the brain. Some people can be shot and feel no pain. Why? The brain decides whether there will be pain or not. The body doesn’t determine pain, ever. Sarno talks about studies done by MDs on x-rays. MDs were given a significant amount of X-rays to review and diagnose. Each ‘patient’ was given a surgical diagnosis and/or treatment plan. What had not been relayed to these MDs was that none of the ‘patients’ had pain or disability in any way. They were all fine. It’s a fascinating study to think about. The brain is amazing

Do you think doing a spiritual meditation at night before I go to sleep ( for 30 nights) that is aimed at healing the mind & body ( the areas that hurt) is sending a message to the brain that's not helpful? Thanks Dan!
@1STBUCKLEY
@1STBUCKLEY Жыл бұрын
I'd say so. Just do one for relaxation or sleep.
@PainFreeYou

The body isn't the problem. There's nothing to heal. How about a meditation to give you peace and safety, knowing your body is already well.
