Focaccia is a very tasty, very Italian, and very easy-to-make fluffy bread!
A little bit of olives, a little bit of rosemary, and you can enjoy it with just olive oil because it's a masterpiece! 👍
And if you add tomatoes, cheese, salami, balsamic vinegar, it becomes an Italian feast, like being on the divine island of Capri with a view of Mount Vesuvius! 😍

For Focaccia:
420 ml room temperature water
1 tsp honey (can be replaced with sugar)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
500 g flour
oil for greasing
olives, rosemary (and any other additions to your taste: cheese, tomatoes, spices)
The dough needs to rest in the refrigerator for 12 to 48 hours.
Baking pan size: 20x30 cm.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius until golden bronze.
