WE NEED THEIR NAMES TO GIVE TO HOMELAND SECURITY

On February 4th 2020, ‪@MassExposureAkaGranite‬ and myself went down by the "Rainbow Swash" National Grid gas tank. This is located by a dog park, off the highway, by the water. We went to take pictures of the planes landing at the close by Logan International Airport and any activity by the water.
While we walked down the public street we were confronted by the security of national grid. They told us that we could not film from the public because of the gas tank. They said if we did not stop filming they were going to call the police. Eventually the police came they detained us for "taking pictures of a national security problem". The supervisor arrived on scene and shortly after told us we were free to leave without identifying.
Mass exposure had put in a public record for these records soon after this incident and never got a response back. I put in a request about 2 years later to see if I would get a response. Their responses they needed more information about the incident and I should try to get the police report for this incident. I made another request about a month and finally got a response for the body cam Portage that is over 4 years old now.

Maybe. The thing a lot of commenters forget is that cops are just one element of our corrupt justice system. Judges, prosecutors, cops, and sometimes even appellate courts are on the same side. There's no guarantee you'll get paid when your rights are violated. There's not even a guarantee you won't serve time. I highly respect those willing to take that risk but you can't blame auditors for trying to avoid arrest.

Penalty for not knowing rights should be disqualified from puplic service. Supervisor copwas spot on . Its a shame public employees don't recognize their status as servants. Muting the bodycam anytime should be prosecuted under withholding evidence at the least, but i would stick with deprecation of rights under color of law.
