The whole game is a scam. How do we know if any pack odds are accurate? Market manipulation, pack manipulation, gameplay manipulation, etc. None of it is regulated so we will all continue to get fucked. Happy New Year!

@@anthonytsigonias I think thats why he said unregulated. If the odds are there by law, then who/which office is responsible for 'enforcing' these odds? is it the gambling commission? Videogame issue? if it was regulated, then there would be concrete answers when said system goes down or malfunctions... I dont see a regulatory commitee dropping tweets explaining how any of these glitched packs ended up that way. and compensation? have Ea refunded anyone any actual money? cuz compensating people with packs, when they used real money to buy them, ( consumers spending real money, and ea compensating with In game cards/packs/coins), literally costs EA nothing. there is no real world value to the packs they give u as compensation, cuz it didnt cost Ea anything to make it. So its a cash grab, u pay real money in, they give u monoploy money back, (and even then u could get nonsense from the compensation pack)

It’s not just about unintended increased pack weight for specific players. What if there’s also unintended decreased pack weight for specific players too? People buy packs in desperation to get R9, but what if he’s actually impossible to pack for some time period?

The real Problem for me is that the Haaland Incident is proof that the odds on a pack are changing over time. If you opened the pack before or after the Incident your odds we're definetly different. So why are they changing them at all? If I obtain a pack in FIFA during a certain promo, I assume that at least mathematically the odds stay exactly the same. That means fe with a mega pack the chance of getting a WW Card stay at X percent and the Chances of getting WW Haaland at X*Y percent. If any of that is changing while the exact same cards are in packs, its manipulative and critically intransparent.

I don’t ever recall you giving out replacement packs for unintended pack odds without a crazy big card like Hollander messy coming out of the pack. Meaning, are we to assume that this glitch has only happened giving out big cards and not giving out worse than intended cards

100% after the halaand glitch all i saw was everyone/streamers packing maeda ww.... seemed a bit suss... fix the error by switching cards then pack weight.. no one complained cos thats what intended weight/outcome

I’ve been saying for years, pack rating guarantees mean NOTHING if the individual card odds aren’t disclosed. They could dial Pele down to .00001% or crank it up to 2%. But the rating guarantee stays the same

Given we are talking about it weeks after the event and even a year later in relation to Messi, that's why you would do it intentionally. As long as people talk about the game it's marketing.
