I actually dissagree alot on your view of the range stat, personally, i always pick it up, allows me to stay safer and technically increases my economy because i can play safer while still being able to kill enemies, always enjoy your videos tho, keep up the good work!

I think that range is worth it if your weapons spend a lot of time idle. It does make single target damage a bit harder since your weapons will fire more often at stuff that's further away. I agree ceph tends to undervalue range, but in this case, I think he just had such a low economy that he couldn't afford more of it.

Shotgun is one of my favourite starting weapons and once it gets going really powerful. However it is probably the weapon it took me the longest to learn how to balance damage and attack speed with. So easy to go to far into either and do no damage from low damage high attack speed or high damage but low attack speed until I was used to the balance.

Based on the data that we have, Ceph only consumes ribs and scotch with the occasional sip of water. This leads us to believe he's some kind of lumber jack. Maybe a bounty hunter? Science can't say.

At the beginning you say crit chance is bad on shotgun, then on level ups you skip over like 20% worth of crit chance the first few levels. But it has 2x modifier, so why do you value it so low even with the hunter increase? Isn't it a straight damage mult on average when you have 2x, much like attack speed? I guess that's worse than flat damage at the beginning?

Recently I've been trying to run same runs you do. Today my run was going pretty bad then at wave 11 shop right before horde I got Axoloatl, 158 armor wins the run. Capped hp at 32 and just built damage.

You beat the bosses before you could really see it, but from my own experience ricochet does not bounce between bosses, I'm about 99% sure on that. (triple gangster run request day 28)
