The deployment issue was the first thing I saw 😂 My brain couldn't figure out how to deploy the knife with cash and you proved it's not possible. Great job as always!

One additional negative is many buildings that make you walk through metal detectors, are not going to let you in the building with that thing. So you’ll have to leave it in your car and carry your cash and cards loose. I certainly wouldn’t wear that thing around my neck with my cash and cards hanging off of it.

Can you use the bottom slot to open a bottle? I keep my cash/moneyclip n key chain w edc f-lite n coins in one pocket and a tiny soft wallet w cards/id and my phone(so no screen scratching) in the other. Kind of a backup if either cards or money are left behind, it's never both, and it has happened. N if I can get a small knife/deboxer/nail cleaner and a bottle opener outa my money clip, all set. :)

It's DEFINITELY a frame-lock. I had one for the last 5 years or so but gave it to my dad because I never used it. But it fit in my hand WONDERFULLY and could be a VERY deadly knife if I were an assassin LoL 😂 And I agree, the pocket clip is too tight

Because the lock is thin, it might be called a liner lock. It is, by all means, a frame lock no matter how thin it is. To be a true liner lock, it needs to be with the frame and a thiner metal to actually lock(liner lock).

Fuck New York. I've used one of these as a money clip for most of a decade and never had a problem. I consider it a backup blade but I've used it. Take the money out, put it in your pocket, use the blade, put the money back, and put the whole thing away. Not a big deal.

If someone tries to rob you You could take the Moneyclip out of your pocket and just hand out the money. The robber will sure beeing focus on the money alone happy to get it while you allready have a knive in your hand...Not noticed by the gangster I think thats the reason why it would be good to have a knive on your moneyclip... Of course you dont have to use it but now U could If necessary who knows If the gangster is done with you when he got your money... Only bad szenario would be if the gangster is super big and also want the moneyclip cause now you have to decide to attack him or hand him out a knife...

I've watched a lot of maxlvledc KZbin videos and a few of yours. If the SOG Cash Card had NFC (like a credit/debit card and your cellphone with the cards on it) then it might be more practical. Then the pocket clip could just be a pocket clip. But how would you engineer and build such a product? Everybody is looking for the next hit product - like the Leatherman multitool - so I guess you might as well try this knife/money clip type product to see if it sticks when thrown against the wall. True innovation and success comes through God's blessings and hard work and that is what evil tries to steal because evil can't do it itself.

How many people here defended themselves with any knife? its kinda lightweight to carry a small blade and feel your bills weighed down a little. Keep your cards and cash in your wallet and you will loose less money. you can cut some rope a store package maybe some fruit or small chunk of meat.

I use the SOG Ultra XR Carbon as a money clip. Better steel (CPM S35VN), 23g lighter and more visually appealing. New York knife laws are ridiculous 👉🏻🤪 Great video

you did not show if the knife is usable if the cash is folded in quarters ... many of the wallets that you review require folding the cash into quarters, surprised you didn't include that in your review.
