Amber Heard admits to having taken the video, therefore she would be the original copyright holder Therefore there are 3 possibilities Either TMZ obtained the copyright legally either direct from AH or from someone with the authority to do so on her behalf - For which I'm sure if pressed TMZ could present the relevant paperwork to prove. TMZ got the footage illegally - In which case AH would have filed a copyright violation against them Or TMZ obtained the footage via magic.

Her constantly looking at the jury reminds me of how she filled out her PTSD test. She alleged she had all the major symptoms of PTSD, but then didn’t allege she had any of the smaller symptoms for PTSD. In a similar vein she has been told that eye contact with the jury can be very effective at getting their sympathy and so she takes it to 11 and answers every question to the jury.

I feel sorry for her child. Her tone and word choice alone on the recordings are terrifying. But the way she taunts her “abuser” and laughs maniacally, but also repeatedly says “stooop” and whines and cries when the person present wants to leave… it’s so manipulative. She will blame her own child for their learning to behave like her. And that child will likely struggle heavily in their life relationships. Sad.

She is thinking “what would a victim of domestic violence do, how would the act, how would they think.” Then she says how she’s thinking, out loud! Donating is something that should be kept anonymous unless you're raising funds, but it would still be something if she did it. Who "pledges" something to people in need and then doesn't give it. But it was her team because it took 15 mins. That's directly from the source, even if she sold it to a third party it would only have been to have that party leak it. Yes she does say it I watched the whole thing today. I don't know if it's in this video cuz I haven't watch this whole video but she did say, "that's why I wrote the op-ed"
