My husband and I have 50 years combined experience using PS/GiMP and we used several techniques to determine if there were any differences to the photographs. We believe that the right photo (713) is the original, as it was better quality and the left one (712) was unfortunately enlarged resulting in some distortion of the the finer details. We were able to replicate the left photo using saturation and a bit of colour enhancement. As most people noticed, the hair wisps are identical - I would also add that there was no change to her pupils, nor to the reflections of the light in her ear cuff, forehead and down her nose with the addition of the make-up lights. Harder to see due to quality issues, there are also no differences to the line creases in her eyes. I find it nearly impossible that her eyes would not have reacted to the addition/difference in lighting. We concluded that it was the same photograph, altered to enhance the alleged bruising on AH's face.

@CopyrightThis7232 жыл бұрын
This right here; defining moment of the trial. She is DEFINITELY lying about the photographs. It is absolutely impossible to take two identical photographs of a human subject; even with a tripod and remote shutter the subject will always move between shots. I lined both images up on top of one another in photoshop and adjusted one to 50% opacity; they were absolute, 100% carbon copies. Whilst I don't have hard evidence that she lied previously this is undeniable evidence that she's lying here.
@Magneticitist2 жыл бұрын
The editing is definitely strange but clearly deliberate. You can just look at the small details between photos and see they are the same shot. It doesn't actually seem like just a resize on top of the coloration either. Looks like some kind of more complicated sizing unless somehow the actual window displaying the picture was resizing and changing dimensions with it.
@ajmaynard922 жыл бұрын
Depending on the phone it's possible the information of the edit is stored in the photograph. Some phones or apps will do something like change the date stored in the image. If it was changed you will be able to click on image properties which should show date taken. Not every app/phone changes this after an edit is made but if it did and she did this several days later or minutes later then a date change would show up and would be evidence of lying. This also happens to show when file types shift or in the case of jpegs, multiple saves of the same jpeg calls the compression algorithm multiple times. You can tell if this algorithm kicked in by pulling individual pixel data and seeing if the surrounding pixels had their colors averaged out. Its a predictable shift since the compression algorithm is always the same. That would prove it was the same image run through the compression after an edit.

I feel bad being morbidly fascinated by this case, because at the end of the day it's people's private lives being paraded for everyone in the world to pass judgement on... but at the same time, watching this lawyer work is really something else. The way Amber keeps picking at semantics to try and twist things in her favour, becoming more obstinate about it the more she's refuted, is something easy to recognize when you've dealt with abusive or toxic people who refuse to take responsibility for their actions -- and Camille seems very aware of that fact, hence her firm refusal to let Amber get away with it.

It's better to let people come to their own conclusions, instead of handing it to them. (If you have the idea it has more weight compared to having someone else tell you the idea) Notice they left the photos up, even after they moved on from it, their hope is that the jury and people realise they're the same photo.
@EricLing642 жыл бұрын
They'll be given the evidence to look at themselves later as I recall. They're putting it on I assume a secure laptop or something, and both teams will be able to check it. Don't know that it will have any sort of photo editor that can do an overlay for them, but since the numbers are right next to each other they can easily switch between the files in any photo viewer. But Depp's team might make the overlay themselves for closing, maybe, not sure what the procedure or rules are for that but if they're allowed to prove how evidence was falsified it would be hilarious.

If you notice, she's also copying the response style of Depp's witnesses, like the guy who said "yeah, I can testify that was... Written. Yeah, he wrote it. Are you going to keep reading these, or...". Seeing her tactics and stuff like her hair and demeanor change and mirror other witnesses is pretty unnerving, tbh. Esp to someone like me who actually suffers from PTSD and has been in Johnny's position before. Anyone who has dealt with a narcissist in any form can recognize the Uncanny Valley type feeling she conjures up in us. She reeks of deception and manipulation, but the disturbing part is it isn't due to her trying to be Lex Luthor or something, she's legitimately unable to feel emotions or read human cues, and she KNOWS in her heart she is correct, so it's like her mind and body are on autopilot, like she's a ditto and this is a pokemon battle; just changing tactics automatically to get one step ahead of her mark, even if she's completely failing at it. Make no mistake, these type of people cannot see the forest for the trees and are incapable of introspection. This stuff she's doing is unconscious and automatic. She's nuts.

It is bizarre that Heard has the metadata for the photos, which reveal when they were taken, but has refused to hand that evidence over, and has not been punished for withholding that evidence. It is obvious that the metadata would reveal she manipulated the images, which explains why she is hiding the metadata, but amazing she has been able to get away with hiding that evidence, and a worrying sign that the judge has ignored this, as there is absolutely no justification for not presenting this evidence.

Even without the metadata its easily proven to be the same image edited. If you were to overlay one over the other you will incredibly find that these "two" images taken on a phone somehow perfectly line up detail for detail. Even using a camera on a tripod and a professional model trying to be perfectly still will have enough movement as to disrupt this perfect alignment.
@mytester62082 жыл бұрын
it is impossible for someone to take a selfie herself in a pixel perfect angle. if she is keeping the originals and refusing the release them (rightly so, as it will prove 100% that she edited those!) she is hiding the metadata (exif info, which has not only exposure/iso day time, it also contains whether it was edited and with what) unbelieveable she is not forced to handover the originals (well she ll probably claim she lost the originals old phone/broken phone etc excuses) but forensic analysis should reveal/prove that both pics are identical, and very unlikely even with a tripod and a remote to be able to take pixel perfect angle of the same shot unless she used fixtures which again still impossible for the hair particles! it is very obvious both pics are identical to hair particle locations... this (manipulation/perjury) will not be hard to prove
