What I Use:
*A Pure Humidifier
*Optase Dry Eye Intense Drops, as needed during the day
*Optase HYLO Night Ointment Gel, at night
*DE 3 Omega - Dry Eye Benefits, 1 teaspoon daily
*Pure & Clean Lid Prep Liquid Spray, 2x a day, one spritz on each eyelid, (closed eyes) rub around w clean hands up to your brows and all around your eyes.

What works for me is using warm and moist compresses on closed eyes. My doctor told me that the oil glands get clogged and the heated moist compresses helps to unclog the glands. I also use an eye lid wipe that has tea tree oil in it that I like. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, that is very true, but in my case my body just stopped producing it. You're fortunate that you still have some, perhaps hydration will help at this stage. 🩵

I had dry eyes for a few years and had numerous eye infection in 2021 and used dry eye drops twice a day until 2023. Ladt year i did a liver detox diet for a while ... since then my eyes have been much better and i only use the drops on occasions nowdays ....lots of videos on utube about be best foods for the liver ...lots of veggies...and real food. Antway just wanted to share and i hope that your feeling healed soon ..its certainly nice not to have to deal with dry eyes!!

@@JeriBellini I did it for quite a while ...2 or 3 months ... Lots of berries nuts seeds veggies certain fruits ...and o made almond meal buns. But there's others to detox you liver ...sounds like you eat a really good diet (as do I)!and your eyes are starting to heal ...I'm really pleased!! I have been watching some of your old videos and your creations!! So inspiring ...thank you so much ...itching to start the dot a day project...💕

Thank you very much. I suffer from the same issue and I agree it is like having sand in the eyes. I've been to several doctors & received many recommendations, some similar to you. I will try these new to me eye drops and be a bit more diligent in my regimen. I didn't know that the glands could start secreting the oil again. Something the doctors failed to mention.

Yes do try, this particular fish oil is really important so see if you can get some of that type. Hope it helps you! 💜

I have had a similar issue with my eyes I was given lubricating drops for my eyes. But I noticed that when I consumed more water and more vegetables in my diet, the issue took care of itself. Glad you’re feeling better. I have had herpes simplex in my right eye and it is now permanently damaged. I understand what PAIN in your eye feels like I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

That's interesting, I'm kind of noticing that when I eat more veggies, healthier, it doesn't bother as much. At the beach I do tend to indulge a little more, being around those darn kids and all! LOL Thank you! ❤️

I have a lot of wetness around my eyes. The eye doctor said it is dry eyes. I use smoothie XP. Boy does that help my eyes. Thank you for sharing ❤

Eye Dr gave me blinking exercises to do.. especially when you are intensely embroidering... cause your eyes get dry when open for extended periods of time...

Oh I know it! My last eye doc told me to be aware when on the computer to BLINK! but that only works if you have oil in your lids, which I didn't, or actually I am starting to have it again now from my protocol. 🩵

I also have dry eye. I started using the gel at night and shooting for 90 oz of water a day. It turned mine around.

I have dry eye ..... I find that if I am faithful to my eyedrops I do fine. What I HATE is the fact that I had cataract surgery and now I cannot see anything up close. I could find a needle in a haystack if I had to .... but not anymore. I got prescription readers and it is not the same......

Hi Jeri - love your vids and am a dry-eye sufferer as well. I'm following up on the items that worked for you (and trying them myself!) and wanted to let you know that two of them you listed in the description are potentially listed incorrectly: the cleansing mist is perhaps "Pure and Clean" (not "... and Clear"); and the humidifier is "Pure," not "Pore"? Btw, I was able to find all these items on Amazon (assuming the two items I noted were indeed in error in your list)! Thank you for this video - dry-eye is the worst and I'm looking forward to giving your recommendations a try!
