I did like the color of the siding, the shutters, roomy porch and roof. I'd change the wall color probably to eggshell white. It's a nice home but still a little steep in price.

I think I'm getting used to winter, Thought it was getting chilly in the house and saw that it's -10F here in Helena. Does help if you shut the window. 😁 Hope you are enjoying your trip! Cute house! I'd expect this to come in around $98,000.

Nice home needs to be a 3 2 though gotta have a tub just for resale some people have babies. I could build a deck and probably a lot cheaper
