On the fly that is, which is still the most unprecedented aspect about the orange marsupial: Every first battle with every boss has him managing to deduce each other's weaknesses regardless, even those of complex magnitudes like two time lords, being overwhelmed by Crash as well... Several times in fact XD. Crash just doesn't deserve enough credit, as Peter Parker once said, there is a lot of slanderous underestimation in regards to Cash Banocca for some reason. Cortex is also not TFS levels of dumb, he did still create the ultimate weapon, even relatively predating Rick Sanchez by creating a phase 1 prototype to the Superanimal armies (that was somehow connected to some infinite dimensions) since he was a child... He just bit off more then he can chew XD.
