1 lb brussel sprouts
5 slices thick cut bacon
1-2 tbsps honey
1-2 tsps balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
1 tbsp duck fat or butter
1/2 packet sazon
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika
1/4 cup or more shaved almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 blue cheese (or feta)
Diced onion and garlic

This is amazing, Roast, grill, stem etc. Never seen this before, not even in a 5 star restaurant ( only special events). love my veggies, Brussels sprouts hits a little different. I'm making this for Thanksgiving 2023. Adding goat cheese instead of bleu cheese. Adding pomegranate seeds instead of cranberries. Adding toasted pine nuts instead of whatever. Because these similar things are already in my house pantry, they substitute well. Don't be afraid of swapping out ingredients. The core of bacon and brussels, toasted, with vinegar is the key!

I had this dish in Virginia Beach at Eurasia restaurant a couple weeks ago and it was devine! I've been looking online for the recipe with the exact same ingredients ever since but none of the ones I found were the right ones. Brussels Sprouts are also one of my favorite vegetables. Your recipe looks amazing. I would stop after the cranberries and almonds.
