That is your very nonsense opinion. Cancer cell growth doesn't come from Mtor activation. Cancer cells fuel off of either glucose or glutamine. There are strategies to combat cancer cell growth. For example, go into ketosis, fasting etc. Go look up Thomas Seyfried Boston College.

It's the imbalance between the BCAAs and other amino acids, like tryptophan and threonine, that leads to health issues and reduced lifespan. The proper mixture and balance of amino acids is essential in maintaining good health and longevity. Increased muscle mass can lead to less body fat, a stronger immune system, improved energy levels, and reduced stress, it's just a case of statistical manipulation, Muscle mass is indeed beneficial to overall health and Wellbeing. It helps with maintaining healthy body weight, increasing metabolism, suppressing hunger, reducing stress, and even improving one's immune system. Building muscle also fights diseases such as diabetes and helps prevent the risk of Osteoporosis. Overall, it promotes an active lifestyle and is highly recommended for good health.

Not even addressing the promotion of vegan diets within the body of the text, it’s amazing how researchers can ignore the evolutionary past of Homo sapiens. This study is worthless and the researchers are biased and ignorant.
