this is exactly what im struggling with coming from tennis. But the greater issue for me is that i like using a eastern backhand grip for the back hand volleys. The BH flick and roll is like my best shot. But it completely makes it so i have a weak grip for the FH volley. I dont really have time to switch between the grips unless i do a hard read on the play. I just cant get over how cursed it feels to hit a BH with a Eastern/semi western forehand

With your paddle your going to go down and forward (right into the net!). The bad part is people are actually going to believe this wooolf. Now I have seen it all! The PPA should monitor this stuff...
