Speaking of “Boss”, this question is about today’s workforce… how must the older boss communicate to the millennial & gen Z employees on adding reasonable extra effort to the task without causing resentment or eventual quitting? I understand the younger gen creating boundaries so that they’re not overworked, same for myself. Besides a $ incentive bcuz the salary is already good, how to inspire the team for that extra effort? I know, the balance is sensitive. Thank you!

I find that my husband’s communication frequency(Erwin McManus) is a Challenger while I primarily communicate as a Healer and our love languages are also very different. I often feel overwhelmed when challenged by him - yet, I know he doesn’t know another way of communicating. It feels healthy to him. How do I set boundaries while respecting and valuing his communication frequency?

How do you say no to your husband and not let him make you feel guilty about it?

Genuinely curious for accurate context…. what’s an example scenario of “no” to that you would feel guilty?
