The package uninstall feature is great. But just to clarify: it only removes the app from the user partition. The .apk remains in the system partition and can't be deleted, but you won't see it nor will it run while you use the phone. If you do a hard factory reset, the program will reappear.

You wouldnt need to perform a hard reset if you accidentally got rid of play store you could just do adb shell cmd package install-existing and it would be back.

I dont think uninstalling mi browser will make any harm. I wouldn't uninstall apps like themes and mi video because they are used for system processes as far as i know and could break some features.

Get closer to your router/hotspot if you're using WiFi connection. If you're using USB, the speed depends on what USB port you're using. USB 3.0 will let you transfer at a much faster speed.
