Finally ive found a video on this. Ive been trying to dress more alternative for over a year but either feel like im going too far (i.e eyeliner/makeup which i dont rlly like) or not far enough. The tips on choosing colors and trying to be more creative definitly helped. Im gonna try to get more graphics and such that i like maybe even pin my jackets. Btw not to backseat youtuber you but that intro could use some work. Idk if its volume of the music or the choice of music but that and how you read the cards and the cards used just gave off a really like 2010s youtube video your teacher would show you about photosynthesis. But other than that great stuff :)

Alternative is such a dumb buzzword. It makes no sense at all. "Goth or alternative" - hell nah. Both terms aren't synonymous.

Well goth is definitely an “alternative” style while not all of alternative style is just goth. So you’re kinda right, they’re not synonymous.

No, of course they aren't, Duh ! Alt. Is a blanket term. Goth, is AN alternative sub-culture so is emo, so is Lolita, so is punk, so is kawaii (probably misspelled) it's like "all squares are rectangles but NOT all rectangles are squares.
