Jake you have such a big and kind heart. Mental health can be a real struggle for a lot of people. Please do not ever get to the point where you want to end your life. You have another 50-60 years of living yet to do. There are so many people out there who would love to spend their time and life with you.

@@JakeKent lets analyse the lies which are world wide believed and origin from masons: lie: schools are of use (fact. schools keep slavery alive and stands for dumbing down the population of mankind) lie: moon and mars landings, (fact: even masons know they cannot leave - earth is closed system, unless you want to drown, there is no other place created for us to live in.) lie: news channels share truth (fact: these are for politic propaganda) lie: voting matters (fact: politic propaganda) lie: money has a value of its own (fact: it is just a tool of this world, which value has been agreed upon world wide, it should be not loved, only used as needed.) lie: NASA lies (globe and all....) (fact: NASA stands for TO DECEIVE and 2 members expose their own lies, one is still alive, the other (Wernher Von Braun) place a clear clue on his own gravestone) - you havn´t searched - have you? lie: the lgbtq++++ propaganda (fact: it is a part of masonry depopulation agenda, 500 000 000 souls, thats their goal - Georgia Guidestones!) lie: Evolution and the dinosaurs. (fact: mankind is not hybrid kind) to keep stating that there was an evolution, then we ain´t humans, we aint then mankind, we are then hybrids. Are you a hybrid? Lie: holidays (xmas, Halloween, new year eve and so on) (fact: PAGAN HOLIDAYS, to praise BAAL, the god of this world) lie: U.F.Os (fact: they are demons/evil spirits in high places, against whom we fight daily = spiritual warfare) lie: rules and laws rule the world (fact: signs and symbols of masonry do) lie: believe in being educated (fact: found daily living with the lack of knowledge) lie: religions are ways to heaven (fact: JESUS CHRIST is only way to heaven. Religions, no matter its name = masonic garbage) lie: our dead loved ones stay around to “ghost” (fact: hunting and ghosting is job of demons, not of humans. We, humans, come from GOD and return back to HIM and all the stories of having been seen a ghost - terrifying, scary, dark, cold - again no job of analysing been done here by you- right?) Lie: Humans have no immune system and we need vaccines as these save lives (fact: humans HAVE IMMUNE SYSTEM and vaccines are created for one or two purpose: to kill or to cripple. If you took all their poison shots then later in life comes all kinds of medical diagnoses = vaccines crippled you - remember that) lie: there is no GOD (fact: There is GOD, who redeems sinners and created us directly from the dust of the earth: Psalms 139:14 (KJV) I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.) to keep claiming that there is no GOD and we aint created directly from the dust of the earth, we soon run out logic, regardless to we place “evolution” in our claims or not and our dead, whats happening to them as they sleep in their graves? - they decay away, becoming the dust form which they were taken, if it ain`t so then we are simply reality deniers. lie: 911 was terror attack (fact: 911 was an inside job, meaning the work of your loved government) lie: Tv watching is of use (fact: television (TV) = tell a lie vision, a weapon for our minds, keeping it under MK ULTRA) half lie/half truth: earth is a stage where everyone plays rolls (fact: earth is stage, a freemasonry checkerboard, where both side, black and white are masons and humans both in politics and regular souls = the naive public gets daily played) lie: children are government to raise (fact: children are parents to raise, it takes 2 to make them, it takes 2 to raise them). Lie: we live already in the matrix (fact: we live since birth in BABYLON which is to become “matrix” as Man - us, must merge with machine aka take the mark of the beast and then matrix aka false reality becomes to be 100%) lie: humans are not intelligent enough (fact: it is forgotten fact, we all are intelligent, many have suffered the illness from this world, being indoctrinated by masons, cause who give us the school system which we have? masons did, because they need slaves. Lie: love is low standers and = lust (fact love is high standard as love means> John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Lie> do what thy wilt there is no body who has the right to judge you (fact> GOD SHALL JUDGE YOU AFTER YOU HAVE DEPARTED ON EARTH and Christians are also called to give out righteous judgment, therefore repent * born again * go and sin no more) lie: slavery is over (fact: slavery was never over, it just changes a little as we are no longer buy`d or sold, still prepared through school systems for our future slavery, succumb to our slave lives based on our free will) 24 lies, should i go on? This world ain´t deceived, out there to deceive? 9 - 5 working industry was created, because masons wants slaves. Schools systems prepared us for our future slavery. Wise ones reject this and seek GOD and start relying on HIM fully. it is unwise to count on the governments of this world. Didn´t they proved in 2020 how badly far are they from reality? slavery turn no soul rich, the price for such slavery is opposite: you lost: time (1st 20 years = childhood, then comes 40 years for slavery = your 20s, your 30s, your 40s, your 50s, then comes 50 years of being elderly = 60 - 100) health = all these vaccines, which slowly turns you a cripple + man made fake food ( we are dust and should consume which comes directly from dust) life = no time and no health = early grave Each of us shall lose 3 times, gain nothing more then illusions. When reading THE BIBLE (KJV) and complaining abut the slavery in the past, know then this, that 9 - 5 working industry = slavery of our day. You want to know the past - read bible, you want to know present - read bible - you want to know future - read bible.

True heart break like this can be the best thing that can happen to you. After i went through it when i was a young guy like Jake and after 4 months of misery i turned myself into becoming extremely confident with woman for the rest of my life. Not just meeting them but keeping them too. I use Bruce Lee's technique called The Art of Dying (can be used for anything). Hair is looking dope btw Jake, as usual. Take care buddy

The best thing that helps a lot of people get over these types of issues is realizing the other person doesn’t care and is not losing sleep over you like you did them. They forgot about you the moment they walked out that door and didn’t care. I had a buddy who went off the deep end so to speak when his wife left him and I had to sit him down and listen to his thoughts. He was acting out being super extroverted in-line trying to get her attention, I had to sit him down and say bro, move on, she’s not watching your socials, she doesn’t care, and she’s already moved one. You need to as well.

That's f***d up bro. I'm sorry you had to go through that. This is exactly what turned me into an a-hole. Went through 2 breakups like this years ago and I realized there's a lot of women out there that don't give a sht. So why should I? If I see the red flags early on now I just go with the flow and tell em I'm not serious if they ask. If I come across that right person and I see all the right stuff, that's when I'll take it more serious. Hope things improve brother 🙏

Thank you Jake for sharing your story, I know this is never easy to open up about these thoughts, but I think far more many of us have been there than we’d like to admit, your attitude towards destigmatising many male issues is very refreshing. I too have struggled with anxiety which has lead to episodes of depression and a feeling that I’m unworthy or unable to give my best self to my partner, I have good days and bad days, but I keep grinding along and trying to better myself each day. My mother has ptsd and has always struggled with anxiety, so I haven’t often had people there for me. It’s always been up to me to turn it around. This was really helpful to me Jake, thank you.

I'm so proud of how far you've come. Heartbreak can be one of he most gruelling experiences a man can go through, coming from someone who also experienced this in 2022. The only man who knows what you've been through is the man in the mirror. You've come a long way and what you've done by speaking out is incredibly admirable and i respect you a lot for that.

Jake, you and I went through exactly the same scenario, I mean exactly the same. It's been tough and only now am I coming out of the other side, and that has happened because I have taken all the focus that plagued me for the last 10 months, missing that person, still loving and grieving all at the same time, and I have directed that focus towards myself, I have a new job, I work out now and speed rope, seeing my body change and my six pack evolve has made me focus more on my appearance and other issues that bothered me one being hair loss, I am going for my 1st hair system in 2 days, which has brought me to your channel. Thankyou for this video, it helps people realise they are not alone, they aren't weaker than anyone else, people sometimes find support in the most unusual places. Thankyou, I will add you to prayers tonight. Take care fella.

Tell me why women start despising you once you start falling in love. Wearing your heart on a sleeve is very dangerous. It’s a lonely path fr. I take confort in knowing that I have an identity outside the physical body that no one else can take. Sending love and light your way Jake. And yes, I too dealt with depression with most of my life. It got to a point where sometimes or even most of the time the reason was untraceable. You might as just be a starseed or a light worker. You have a big heart Jake. It’s usually the ones going through shit who has the biggest heart. That is what she’ll be missing out on.

I feel you 💯, brother. I went through some things in that same ballpark that put my in head for a while back in 2018. I had unhealthy thoughts throughout, but I always keep myself calibrating and focus on the things that I can control. It definitely is a long road of recovery but the pain does eventually go away. I have learned so much since and have recognized my boundaries. Never settle for anything less on things that can ruin you and your confidence. DON'T forget that we are living through some of the most trying times in modern history, we have to remind ourselves that it is okay to feel pain and grief. Glad that you and your channel exist, Jake. You nor any of you guys in the comments are not alone. Stay strong y'all. ✊

Having boundaries means having the guts to take the risk that the relationship might end, or to end it yourself. It takes a real man to stand up for yourself despite the consequences, and the respect you gain for yourself is immense, despite the pain. Your actions didn’t cause these events, your actions revealed the true nature of the relationship. It was always fucked. You were such a stud that you had the GUTS to be honest with yourself and rip your own heart out because it NEEDED TO HE DONE. I’m honestly so proud of you because god that sounded hard. You did the right thing because you’re a fucking g. But you can stop questioning yourself, your views are real and your decision was necessary. I’ve also had an incredible tough year. Very relieving to hear I’m not alone. Also, looking good with a shorter beard. Suits the hair

I'm going through a very similar situation. Broke up with my chidlhood sweetheart of 11 years, it's honestly the worst pain I've been through. She cheated with a workmate and gaslighted my about it for months, although ironically she started indirectly throwing it in my face, by coming in with love bits and wearing hodies with his name on etc. But thats life eh. To top it off, I've noticed my hairline has receded pretty bad and I'm only 26, so a double blow to my confidence. Which is how I originally found your channel. It's great that your putting your story out there, it's hard for men to speak out about failed relationships and the mental trauma associated with it. To any men going through a similar situation, it will be hard at the beginning, but you'll come through the other side as a 2.0 version of yourself. Keep going.

You are welcome to get in touch, and I will tell you how I was able to cope. It seems as though you will never get past it, but there is always something magnificent waiting for you when you get past the worst pain in your life. You must heal to get there. ❤ To add: I was planning on doing a KZbin video featuring my healing. Haven't got to it yet.

Let's normalize the importance and awareness of men's mental health. Many think that men shouldn't show emotion and should be tough and brave through hardship in life. Men are humans with emotions and go through hardship too. I am glad you are in a better place and working to be a better man, Jake. Keep at it and I encourage you to talk about this more on your channel since we are all here to become better men! With a full head of hair of course!

I've been dealing w sebere OCD since 7, then I got diagnosed w pretty bad ADHD at 13 and had to deal w the loss of my father at age 15 (also my best friend) which completely made me spiral for years. Now I'm dealing w hair loss too at 22 lol. I'm dealing w addiction issues cuz of it all, but it is what it is. I'll jump on the hair system train cuz I'm tired of all the bad hands being dealt, and your channel has been helpful. I just want to let you know that it's never good to spiral; it's important to feel things out, but don't ruminiate. Spiraling is what got me here, and trust me you don't wanna be down here lol. It's good that you are acknowledging the mental stuff though; letting it fester is not a good idea

Nothing seemed real. It felt as if I had shifted to another reality where things weren't quite right and I'd freak out about things that seemed a little off. It still feels a bit like there's a break in continuity between myself now and myself from before.

Look into stoicism my dude. I used to be depressed as a teenager. I beat it by practicing stoicism. It's basically the philosophy of being tough-minded and not taking things personally. I have a very off-kilter view on relationships. Im actually in one right now but I view them as hazderous for my mental health. For a long time I was happy to see sex workers to avoid the trappings of intimacy. Right now I'm a little depressed about my hair but I'm hoping a hair system will fix that. Stay strong brother

I told my girlfriend and she wants to still try but the guilt, anxiety and fear of being alone is causing way too much suffering for me. I didn't mean to hurt her, she is the love of my life but I didn't mean it. Every other day for eternety I would've not done anything but for one night I did let my problems overcome me.
