The last player started with a soul read on your backrow. He didn't go for mid cause at that level no one does, and figured since you wouldn't set your good backrow in the imperm columns your good ones must be on the corners So that's the traps he targeted. I wouldn't call it disgusting or lucky, hitting the daruma was actually a 50/50

I don't play in paper. Is pendulum just honor system? Like if you don't know what pendulum does and people don't expect you to know do you just hope that they don't activate their hard onces multiple times like an Astrograph? palezonics should be played at 40 cards there is no need to play 60 - 3 roleback, 3 wabuko, 2 back to the front, 3 big welcome, 3 needlebug, 3 palezonic marella, 3 palezonic lechathious , 3 (flexable trap spot this deck runs 6 palezonics) i personally run complusory evactuation device. 1 lovely , 1 lady , 3 solider dragons, 2 nurse dragonmaid , 2 laundary dragon maid) ,3 time rending morganite, 2 elemental burst, 3 trap trick. I run 3 break through skill in side deck for (burn decks monsters (volanic thing in some fire decks) (3 ceasefires for dinomorphic and time states). 3 palezonic spell /trap remover , 3 face-up removal palezonic) and Triple lava golem. ( I would like to find the space for 3 more battle stoppers) but it simply not possible in a 40 card palezonic deck. Extra deck is the norm accept i have dropped downered magican for the more useful armored kappa. This is for non master duel. (armored kappa is great). (alernatively 41 cards could be run , main deck 2 break throughs and 2 devices. freeing up 3 side deck spaces.)
