A soft taro soup recipe with perilla seed powder.

[Taro soup]
*ingredient
1200g taro
320g Korean beef
60g+60g+30g glutinous rice powder
Perilla seed powder 60g+60g+30g
1 green onion
1/2 spoon of ginger
1 spoon of minced garlic
Soy sauce 90cc
water 500ccx6
*How to make
1. Wash the taro, peel it, and soak it in rice water (about 6 hours).
2. Wash taro cleanly in water and cut into bite-size pieces and blanch.
3. Stir-fry the beef, add water and boil.
4. Add taro, season with soy sauce, and add perilla seeds and glutinous rice powder.
5. Add ginger and minced garlic and boil thoroughly.
